How to check in

You can check in at any time after 2pm (14:00). Your cottage number and code to access the key to the cottage, will be emailed to you 3 days before your arrival. Key is in a lock-box beside the door to the cottage.

If for some reason you don’t receive the email, contact us at info@stayinhvammstangi.is – or through which ever booking platform you used to book, or call +354 860 7700.

For bookigs made less than 3 days before your arrival, your cottage number and keycode will be emailed to you shortly after booking.

For your information:

• There is no reception for the cottages, simply use the code to open the lock-box to get the key to the door.
• When you lock the door you need to pull up the handle, then turn the key.
• Code for wifi is auroraborealis.
• Cottages are located above the village Hvammstangi, beside the campsite.

• Bed linen is included, the beds are made up and towels are provided.
• Extra bed linen is in the sofa bed storage.
• All cottages have a private bathroom w/shower.
